First Responders Visit at SHR

We welcome Barrington and Chicagoland-area First Responders with their families to visit with the special therapy animals of SOUL Harbour Ranch for some “SOUL” time: “Sharing Of Unconditional Love!"
Guests will enjoy SOUL to SOUL connections with our therapy mini horses, therapy dogs, therapy cat, mini donkeys, big horses and mini pigs plus crafts and refreshments. We welcome everyone to try a little Hobby Horsing too!

The Creekwood Cub Hobby Horse Competition

Join us on Saturday, 12/27/25 at SOUL Harbour Ranch for The Creekwood Cup Hobby Horse Competition. Hosted by hobby horse enthusiast Gwen, known as Creekwood Stables on Instagram and YouTube (over 10K followers!)
Show Jumping, Barrel Racing, High Jump and lots of Fun Jump (practice) included. Ribbons awarded for 1st through 6th places.
$15 per participant ( includes 1 non-participating guest/parent ). LIMIT 50
Under 16 must have a parent present. MUST RSVP AT EVENTBRITE LINK​​​​

Join our therapy dogs at our monthly "Read with Me" program, a Pet Partners literacy initiative, at the Barrington Area Library on the 2nd Saturday of the month (dates as specified). Students Grade 1-5 have an opportunity to read to our therapy dogs for 15 minute sessions.
